Terms of Service — Rating Harvest Effective Date: August 24, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ratingharvest.com and related services (the "Service"), provided by Rating Harvest ("Rating Harvest," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service Rating Harvest helps businesses request, collect, and track customer reviews, including Google reviews, and may integrate with third-party platforms such as Google Business Profile and GoHighLevel. Features, availability, and pricing may change over time.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep it up to date.
3. Customer Data You Submit You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of any customer contact information (names, emails, phone numbers) you upload to the Service, and for having the necessary rights and consents to have Rating Harvest contact those customers on your behalf, including compliance with applicable laws such as CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and CASL.
4. Acceptable Use You agree not to:
Use the Service to solicit, incentivize, buy, sell, or generate fake, fraudulent, or misleading reviews.
Filter, gate, or selectively route customers based on anticipated review sentiment in a manner that violates Google's review policies.
Use the Service in violation of Google's Business Profile policies, applicable law, or any third-party platform's terms.
Upload contact information you are not authorized to use, or send unsolicited communications in violation of law.
Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
Reverse engineer, resell, or white-label the Service without our written consent.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with Google's guidelines on review solicitation. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
5. Third-Party Platforms The Service may connect to third-party platforms, including Google APIs and GoHighLevel. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or policy enforcement actions taken by third-party platforms, including actions Google takes against your Google Business Profile.
6. Fees and Payment
Fees for the Service are as described at signup or in your order form.
Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated and are non-refundable except as required by law or as we expressly state.
We may change pricing with reasonable notice; continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.
7. Intellectual Property Rating Harvest retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including all software, designs, and content we provide. You retain ownership of your business data and customer information. You grant us a limited license to use that data solely to provide the Service to you.
8. No Guarantee of Results Rating Harvest does not guarantee any specific number of reviews, review ratings, ranking outcomes, or business results from use of the Service. Review outcomes depend on your customers and third-party platforms outside our control.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
10. Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RATING HARVEST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold Rating Harvest harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or the customer data you submit.
12. Termination You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or fail to pay applicable fees. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
13. Changes to the Service or Terms We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. We will post updated Terms on ratingharvest.com with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law and Disputes These Terms are governed by the laws of [Governing State/Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in [Jurisdiction], and you consent to their jurisdiction.
15. Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
